There was a wonderful exchange of Cultural expertise on the 27th of October 2010.
The troop was part of Cultural Exchange Programme between India and South Africa. The event show cased some of the many talents of the Manipuri people. The troop displayed an impressive display of sword fighting native to their land. Their cultural dance was unique but graceful and elegant. The evening ended with a fabulous display of skill, tact and I think the grace of god, when one performer cut a cucumber on the belly of another.... but he did it blindfolded!! Wow!
